Making a meal of it…
Have you ever noticed how much time Jesus spent eating and drinking with others? This Lent we want to do the same.
6 - 7.30pm at St. Peter's Sunday 5th March to Sunday 9th April
Every Sunday evening in Lent we'll be hosting a simple meal of soup, bread and cheese, at St. Peter's Church. After the meal, there will be a an informal discussion about an Easter theme - prompted by discussion questions on the tables. The evening will draw to a close with ‘Night Prayer’.
If you'd like to come, you can sign up each week, or you can email bridget:
We're a growing Anglican church in Lee, South East London.
We have two congregations, one at the Good Shepherd on Handen Road, and one at St. Peter's on Eltham Road.
Our two churches are seeking to be thriving churches at the heart of our local community, where all are welcome, and all have the opportunity to grow in faith.
Whether you're new to church, new to the area, or wanting to try church again, you're welcome to join us on Sundays, 9:00am at St. Peter's and 10:30am at the Good Shepherd.

An Inclusive Church
The Good Shepherd and St. Peter's are part of the Inclusive Church network, which means we believe in inclusive Church - church which does not discriminate, on any level, on grounds of economic power, gender, mental health, physical ability, race or sexuality. We believe in a Church which welcomes and serves all people in the name of Jesus Christ; which is scripturally faithful; which seeks to proclaim the Gospel afresh for each generation; and which, in the power of the Holy Spirit, allows all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.
